Rio Blanco Realty, Inc is located within the town of Rangely, Colorado. Located in Northwest Colorado, 90 miles north of Grand Junction, approximately 30 miles from the Utah Border. It is in Western Rio Blanco County along State Highway 64 one mile west of the intersection of Highway 64 and State Highway 139. Rangely is on a high-desert plateau at 5,200 feet and the White River flows through Rangely in an East to West direction.

Extensive acreage of public lands offers residents and visitors a wide range of outdoor recreational activities such as camping, hiking, four-wheeling, hunting, scenic drives, cross country skiing, biking, and watchable wildlife. Another important resource for the area is the 100 miles of the White River and Kenney Reservoir for water sports and fishing. The Town of Rangely itself has community resources such as Colorado Northwestern Community College, the Rangely Museum, Cedar Ridge Golf course, a recreation center including an indoor Olympic size pool, Columbine Park rodeo grounds, and the Rangely Regional Library.

Rangely is on the far western side of the State of Colorado, roughly 300 miles west of Denver, and 250 miles east of Salt Lake City. Northwest of Rangely, Highway 64 links with Highway 40, a major east-west artery.
